We are still somewhat bicameral

Post by sparrowling »

Our main conscious self, which might be in the left brain, tends to make all our conscious choices but is heavily influenced by our shadow in the right brain. This shadow is somewhat of a different personality from us and influences us with selective amnesia and microsleep-induced inception.

I spent some time merging with my shadow for a few weeks to find out that things Carl Jung spoke about, especially in his more hidden works, go into the exact concept of our current level of bicameralism, even though it is more hidden from us and others.

Do you have a method to create merging with the shadow self. I’d be interested to experience anything new.
